Men's Fellowship

Psalm 133:1  A Song of Ascents. Of David.
Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity! 
It is like the precious oil on the head,
running down on the beard,
on the beard of Aaron,
running down on the collar of his robes! 
  It is like the dew of Hermon,
which falls on the mountains of Zion!
For there the LORD has commanded the blessing,
life forevermore. 

Men in society are often unable to share true fellowship. Forms of social getting together is at football or other sports. Often companionship is found in the pub.
Men need a purpose in life. A purpose that is not for life, but for eternity. For Christian men that purpose is to serve God.
At Fenlands Church, we encourage men to fully embrace the salvation that Jesus gives to all who will receive it. We encourage them to seek to be filled woth the Holy Spirit and thus be equipped to be powerful for God in His service.
There is a men's breakfast every second Saturday of the month. We welcome anyone who would like to join us, to drop in. The breakfast starts at 9 a.m. at the Tydd Gote building.
Men can also join the Church Work Party for great fellowship. It meets on Monday mornings to tend to the church buildings and do some gardening. A light lunch is available afterwards.
