Sunday is our community's gathering day, but we have other times during the week, where you can come and chat with us.
Our facilities include an excellent small function room with Kitchen and toilets (inc. disabled). We hire this out at £15 per hour.

“Tydd Gote” is an Anglo-Saxon name that relates to the fact that the area was once under the sea and reclaimed. It is variously mentioned as TIDE GOWT or TITHE GATE. Most likely the name describes some kind of sluice gate that required payment from the locals for its operation.
